Another KAL completed.  I love this one.  Thanks Stephen West for another great pattern, Earth & Sky.  Yarns used were Madelinetosh TML in Vanilla Bean, Curiosity & Warm Mushroom.  I've never used Madelinetosh before, it's my new favorite.  I might even knit up a sweater for Bill with their yarn...it's got has such a great hand to it and wonderful to knit with.

KAL WIP

I just started another mystery KAL (knit along for you non-knitters) from Ravelry. The picture is after finishing up the 1st clue. Now I have to wait until Sunday for Wendy to post the 2nd clue:-( I am not a very patient knitter when I'm doing a mystery KAL!!

Another KAL

Well...I've started another mystery KAL (knit-a-long) on Ravelry. I know, just what I need is another knitting project. But it's just so much fun!

This is just after the first clue. I'm using this. The colorway, Chimney, is no longer available. I'm really liking how the color is pooling. I didn't plan the red to be 'finished' after the first section, it just happened that way. I'm more than ready for my next clue on Wednesday:-)

I bought the yarn months ago simply for the fact that is was (kind of) Ohio State Colors. My plan was maybe several pair of socks or a baby sweater out of it. I'm sure once this shawlette is done, I'll have enough left for either 1 pair of socks or a maybe a baby sweater. (yes...I bought plenty!
